Product Details

The VORTEX is an enhanced security & alarm device that creates a mesh networked advanced security and access control system for potential clients facilities.

Details of Opportunity / Scope of Works

To provide both the engineered hardware and software dashboard as per below specifications:

Vortex Device

  • Operating at open 433Mhz & Lora Frequency Bands
  • Transmission on a 4G – 5G network
  • PIR Camera with 2MP lens
  • Battery Backup lasting 3hours
  • Smoke detection
  • Temperature detection and monitoring
  • AIrFlow monitoring
  • DC -48V power monitoring

Software and Dashboard

  • React Software application
  • AWS server designed and implemented
  • Dashboard showing Alarms, Overview and Tags
  • Dashboard Mapping with What3Words integration
  • Dashboard Alarm and Monitorsoft integration

Tender Selection Process

Tender applications will be assessed on a combination of the following criteria;

  • Ability to deliver a complete solution including all electrical and software works
  • Design and quality of locally sourced materials
  • UK manufacturing
  • CE Approval
  • Lead time for beta testing
  • Total cost

Timetable and How to Apply
