CTR Services Ltd provides a seven day Surveillance Training and Intelligence officers course which is accredited at Level 3 through the National Open College Network and also recognised through Skills for Security. This enables students to gain a recognised qualification within the surveillance industry. The course has been designed to meet the requirements of most levels from basic through to advanced operators with the instructors possessing vast experience including commercial, military and government backgrounds.

CTR Services has taken the next step by developing the surveillance course by implementing the recognition of Skills for Security, to bridge the gap from Level 3 Competency training qualifications to the operational industry recognised qualifications to meet the needs of the next licensable sector. For a certain period the director of CTR Services has granted a £350 CTR Grant for the  course due to work commitments increasing and the need for qualified personnel to work on new contracts.
