We were also the first UK training provider to design and implement a Level 3 qualification for surveillance training and have since devised further surveillance courses that have pioneered this particular sector such as our Level 3 Hostile Intelligence Operators Course (HIOC) which incorporates covert surveillance training with live firearms drills and advanced techniques in order to enable operatives to confidently operate on foreign soil.

We operate Nationwide and as such require operatives that can not only work alone, but that can conduct accurate threat and risk assessments, make informed on the ground decisions and that are of a standard above the level 3 competency qualification framework; hence we have a maximum number of 8 students on a course to enable the student the perfect learning environment and conduct an internal assessment, to see if that student once granted their license could take up a position with CTR Services Team.
