Lone Worker

Lone workers as described within the definitions mentioned by the Health and Safety Executive fall under the following categories, which are:

People in fixed establishments where:

• Only one person works on the premises, eg in small workshops, petrol stations, kiosks, shops and also home workers;

• people work separately from others, eg in factories, warehouses, some research and training establishments, leisure centres or fairgrounds;

• people work outside normal hours, eg cleaners, security, special production, maintenance or repair staff etc.

Mobile workers working away from their fixed base:

• on construction, plant installation, maintenance and cleaning work, electrical repairs, lift repairs, painting and decorating, vehicle recovery etc;

• agricultural and forestry workers;

• service workers, eg rent collectors, postal s t a ff, social workers, home helps, district nurses, pest control workers, drivers, engineers, architects, estate agents, sales representatives and similar professionals visiting domestic and commercial premises.

From initial conversation a planned visit will be agreed.
Then a Lone Worker Assessment conducted.
On review and acceptance of Lone Worker Services, CTR will completed your approved contractor agreements if required.
Agreement on financial arrangements subject to 45 days
Ongoing evaluation and constant mentoring through Our Management Team.
Completion and Sign Off, Staged or full, depending upon the circumstances.
All information and intelligence under Data Protection provided to the client or destructed by CTR Services.
