CTR Services Close Protection services department provides the following intelligent approaches to hostile environment protective services:

Hostile Environments Awareness Training (HEAT)

It is a prerequisite for any employee or individual that will travel or work within hostile environments and especially if they have our protective services, shall conduct an in-house or e-learning HEAT training course to prepare them mentally and give them an overview of how personal security etc will have an impact on their life. CTR Services provides both training courses which provides not only a duty of care but also self confidence for travel to hostile countries. They also enable the protected person the ability to understand the associated risks in order to work with a protective detail. The modules covered vary on the country you wish to visit, but they include the following: Country Overview, Cultural and Social Etiquette and Norms, Threat and Risk Assessment, Personal Security, Awareness, Emergency First Aid, Health and Saftey, Kidnap and Ransom Awareness, Working with a Protective Team etc.

Threat Risk Assessment & Country Analysis

CTR provides a full threat and risk assessment based on the country analysis, transport arrangements and available security parameters in place. This will be a subjective analysis of the individual travelling at that time in that way to that country and normally is provided as a pdf white paper document. Towards the end the assessment we will provide security advice based on the level of service you opt for from CTR Services.

Secure Environments

Establishing a secure environment from a hotel, residence or compound should be the cornerstone of your travel, as this is the point that you may rest from the potential hazards you may face. This would be the responsibility of the Close Protection Team to administer a secure environment for you to achieve this.

Secure Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation System

The policy and procedures should be written and accepted prior to travel and should include the emergency and repatriation process from a health or safety hazard to the protected person, this system should be simplistic but efficient in order to have the safe relocation of the protected person to a country accepted as safe. CTR Services management team will develop and implement this system prior to departure.
