CTR Services has made the mistake in the past by recruiting personnel direct from CV, this has proved a costly mistake in that the training and experience individuals posses is different from one person to the next. That is why we have adopted benchmarks in order to qualify the standard of operative. Obviously the students that complete a CTR Services training course are given preference to the work we provide, however from time to time we do go outside our fold to recruit specifically trained personnel for specific tasks.
